The conditions for post-warranty repairs of knives are listed below
Knife washing before disassembly (in case the product arrives dirty): CZK 350 Disassembly and cleaning of parts and tools of the folding knife: CZK 950
Assembly and fasteners: CZK 750
Postage: 150, - CZK (valid for the Czech Republic)
Rates of the most commonly performed repairs:
Folding knives:
Each folding knife must be dismantled, cleaned and reassembled and riveted after replacing the damaged part.
Replacement of a cracked dorsal part: CZK 200
Corkscrew replacement: CZK 300
Blade replacement: 350 CZK (standard stainless steel, Stovka knife)
Plastic handle replacement: CZK 200 (Stovka knife)
Replacement of the Predator knife mechanism: CZK 500
Fixed knives
Coloring of a new plastic or rubber handle (as part of serial production) CZK 500
Coloring of a new plastic or rubber handle (separately, outside the series production) 3100, - CZK
Replacement or repair of other parts is possible after prior determination of the price and the possibility of repair. All listed prices include VAT
Conditions:
Spare parts may not be available for products that have the expired warranty. If spare parts are not available, the knife will not be repaired.
Feasibility of repair and precise determination of the price of repair is possible only after inspection of the damaged knife. We will send the non-repairable knives by prior arrangement for postage.
Fixed blades sent for handle replacement must be delivered without a damaged handle. Otherwise, we will not make the repair.
