The plastic handle on STEEL is made of very strong plastic and has a unique shape for comfortable and safe use. Sharpening steel has very easy and fast maintenance.
Steel 896-OCR-25 is certified for contact with food according to EU standards. The history dates back to 1794 and is located in the town of Mikulášovice, which is located in the heart of the Bohemian Switzerland National Park.
