Looking back at Shot Show 2023

This year, for the first time ever, Mikov participated in America's largest shooting, hunting and outdoor exhibition, the Shot Show 2023 in Las Vegas, which has been held annually in the USA since 1979. The exhibition at each prestigious trade show is an interesting look in the mirror for every company. 1. Mikov is a well-known brand among American knife fans. Visitors didn't come to the booth to see some Eastern European rarity, but most were well aware of Mikov. Those coming to the booth in the first place knew not only Predator knife, but also our hunting knives.

2. Due to the focus of the show, the military knives attracted the most attention. Specifically, not only the good old UTON in all its modifications, Lubomir Maďarič combat knives, and Storm and Repetitor knives from Project War Veteran.

3. The pocket knives were certainly not lost, although of course due to the focus of the exhibition they remained a bit in the shadow of the military knives and Predator knives. That is, with one exception, which was a novelty - Cube knife. If we could choose the Predator as the king of our products at the Shot Show, Cube knife rightly be considered the queen. We have fulfilled the goal we set for ourselves, i.e. to show American customers that as a Czech industrial company with a tradition since 1794, we place emphasis on quality craftsmanship, original design and imaginative construction of Czech knives. And that is why we are already looking forward to what we will present in Las Vegas next year.
