Air cord pattern 27 impressed at FUTURE FORCES EXHIBITION

24. října 2022

From Wednesday 19 to Friday 21 October we had a stand at the Future Forces Exhibition as part of the prestigious Future forces forum. And cold weapons were certainly not lost among the complex weapon systems.

Of course, the BREN 2 assault rifle bayonet, which we produce according to the industrial model of Česká Zbrojovka - Colt CZ, or the special UTON assault knife, which is present on the market in a number of modifications, attracted attention. And of course there was also interest in the editions of knives of the War Veteran project, which is supported by the Military Solidarity Fund. We are pleased with the attention not only of the veterans themselves, but especially of the general public. That is why we want to continue to work intensively on the project and develop it.

However, we were delighted by the great interest in copies of historical First Republic cold weapons, namely the walking sabre vz. 24/2, the commemorative sword, the sword of the customs service model 1932 of the LEV design and the air cord model 27.

A novelty and a beautiful example in this area is the air cordik model 27. Behind its birth stood General Stanislav Čeček, an inspiring and distinctive personality of the First Republic army, a man of broad outlook and great charisma. It was interesting to see how many visitors to our stand, especially from the ranks of the military, but also from the professional media, know and respect this man.

The interest in military history that we are trying to encourage by producing faithful replicas of cool weapons is by no means an idle fancy. One example is the Czech RAF Association - a group of enthusiasts in historical uniforms who spread awareness among schoolchildren about the struggle of our airmen during World War II.
